  • Are you open on weekends?
    No. Currently, we are operating online only on weekends, if necessary. You can book an appointment, schedule an online session, or call us in case you are in a hurry to meet deadlines.
  • How much do you charge for a logo?
    We don't have any fixed rates for any services. It always depends on the frequency & complexity of the work.
  • Do I need to pay 50% advance for all the services?
    Not necessarily! It depends on the frequency & complexity of the project we take. The longer the project, the more relaxed you are. All the "Terms & Conditions" will be discussed with you in advance & will also be mentioned in the contract/quotation. Just to give you a brief idea, the project costing up to 2 lacs is eligible for a 50% advance. Projects costing between 2 lac to 5 lac are eligible for 40% advance. Projects above 5 Lac are entitled to a 30% advance. The complete handover will be after the successful payment of the total project cost.
  • Do I always need to select a plan from the available list and take all the services within the plan?
    Not necessarily! You can call us or send a message or whatever you are comfortable with to ask for individual services like Blogging, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, etc. You will be charged accordingly & sent a quotation based only on the services you take.
  • Do you have any job openings?
    No. Currently, we don't have any jobs for any role. Job openings as well as link for applying to jobs will be set live whenever we require candidates. Stay tuned to tracingflock & keep a regular check. You can also follow us on Facebook for the same, in case we forget to update any openings over here.
  • Do you develop mobile apps too?
    No. We are not into mobile app development for now. We will keep you updating from time to time as we add new services to our bucket.
  • What is the "Refer & Earn" program?"
    This program has been paused, keeping the market trends in mind. The market rate fluctuations due to Covid-19 for the past few months have compelled us to stop the program as we are unable to meet the primary costs. Profits are secondary.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all the modes/methods of payment. Please refer to our Terms of Use page. Here you will find all the details regarding IMPS/RTGS/NEFT/UPI payments.We are avoiding cheques and cash in this pandemic.
  • Can I withdraw any contract or cancel any project in between?
    Not satisfied with our services?Yes, you can withdraw any contract or terminate any project in between. Please refer to the Terms of Use (Cancellation/termination & refund policy) too while making your decision.
  • How can I redeem a discount coupon or special offer?
    Cashback will be transferred directly to your account as per the bank or UPI details you will provide.Discount coupons are redeemable only at our partner stores. A single coupon can be redeemed only once per user, as per the terms & conditions of the running offer.
  • Am I eligible for cashback on every reference I make?
    Yes, if the offer is running during that period. We will let you know via a text message. Cashback will be transferred to your account only after the complete payment by the client, based on the information you provide. Don't get fooled by the spammers. You are not eligible for any cashback till the amount is not transferred to our account by the client or your reference.
